Our New Construction Strategy for High Growth Areas won in the “Encouraging New Production” category. This project recognized the need to stimulate new construction in high growth areas of the state, without undercutting the efforts of non-profits seeking to preserve existing affordable housing units.
Our Mobile Mortgage Office won in the “Empowering New Buyers” category. This innovative service enables us to reach underserved rural Virginians and offer VHDA's low-interest home loans to qualified borrowers.
Our ProLink data reporting system won in the “Technology” category. This system integrates multifamily development, tax credit allocation, asset management, financing, legal and servicing data into one solution. The result is ongoing flexibility for customization within VHDA's business areas.
