VHDA is committed to providing outstanding service and keeping our clients well-informed during the servicing of their loan. Our knowledgeable associates are available Monday – Friday to answer questions regarding loan activity and mortgage payments and can provide you with information if you are experiencing a financial hardship.
Customer CareNet is available to review loan information and communicate with our dedicated associates via the secure message portal 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Messages received through Customer CareNet are answered within 48 business hours.
My Loan Information
If you are a VHDA mortgage customer, Customer CareNet is the place to:
- Review information regarding your account.
- Update your contact information.
- Request an amortization schedule.
- Send a secure message.
- Obtain additional information.

How to Register to Access Your Loan Information
To protect confidential information, first-time users must register a user ID and password:
- Select "Access My Loan Information".
- Click "Register User ID/Password" to go to the Registration page.
- Enter the requested information.
- Click "Save".
Registration is complete when you receive the response, "Your User ID and password have been established". You'll be taken to the login page and may now log in using your new user ID and password.

Habitat for Humanity Loan Servicing
VHDA supports Habitat for Humanity through annual builds and we service Habitat home loans on a pro-bono basis, including customer service, escrow analysis and loss mitigation. We’ve been servicing Habitat home loans on a pro-bono basis since 1999. Benefits that Virginia Habitat agencies receive from VHDA’s free loan servicing program include:
Significant cost reductions – by choosing VHDA to service its loans, Habitat Virginia recognizes more than $110,000 in savings on an annual basis. Those savings are used to build more affordable housing across Virginia.
Ability to receive mortgage payments electronically, which in turn strengthens their overall cash flow and ability to build more houses.
A close relationship with their customers, made possible by allowing Habitat chapters to be removed from demanding day-to-day loan servicing duties.
Educational opportunities that enable Habitat homeowners to learn about the mortgage servicing process and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities.
We also provide free workshops for Habitat leaders to educate them on all aspects of loan servicing and to encourage them to join our servicing program.
VHDA associate volunteers built their first Habitat for Humanity home in 2001, and by working with local Habitat chapters have continued to participate in volunteer builds every year since then.
