The Reservation Application is used to apply for the 9% Competitive and Accessible Supportive Housing (formally named Non-competitive) Credits, as well as the 4% Tax-exempt Credits available when using tax-exempt bond financing. Please remember if a development will be mixed construction then a Mixed Construction application must be requested and submitted.
