RE: Affordable Homeownership Development Training
The Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) will be conducting a free 1½ day Affordable Homeownership Development Training session to be held in conjunction with the regional SPARC Homeownership information sessions.
The training sessions are designed to increase the understanding of new developers, nonprofit organizations and local housing staff on the role of financing in affecting affordability, both of the unit’s sales price and the buyer’s monthly mortgage payment. Participants will learn the skills and techniques that successful housing development finance practitioners use to create affordable owner-occupied, single-family housing.
Please click here to view and reserve your space at a free Affordable Homeownership Development Training session. Space is limited.
Note: All registrants should come to this course with pencils and a hand held calculator.
Thank you in advance for taking part in this VHDA training. Please contact Toni Ostrowski, Senior Community Housing Officer, with any questions at (804) 343-5982 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
