Re: Change in Maximum Income and Sales Price/Loan Limits

VHDA Maximum Income and Sales Price limits have changed. New limits are effective with loans locked beginning August 11, 2014
Most area limits have increased slightly. Several areas have been reduced due to a change in the area MSA or reduction in limits imposed by HUD or the Department of Treasury for Mortgage Revenue Bonds.
The following areas will now be included in the Statewide Limits:
King and Queen County
