Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan

The Quality Housing and Work Responsibilities Act of 1998 requires public housing authorities to maintain a Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan. This plan outlines the policies, programs and strategies that the public housing agency will implement to meet local housing needs. There are two parts to the plan: the Five-Year Plan, updated every fiscal year, and the Annual Plan which is updated on a yearly basis.
