The VHDA Board of Commissioners generally meets bi-monthly during the first or second week of the month.  Meetings begin at 11 a.m. and usually are held at VHDA's Richmond office, located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, VA.  Meeting notices are posted three to five days prior to each meeting on VHDA’s website as well as the Commonwealth Calendar.  Committee meetings are usually held in the afternoon of the day preceding the Board meeting and in the morning prior to the Board meeting.  The dates, times and places of the meetings are subject to change at the discretion of VHDA's Board of Commissioners.
