A retreat meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) will be held on April 11-13, 2010 in the first floor conference rooms at its offices in the Southwest Virginia Housing Center located at 105 East Main Street, Wytheville, Virginia.  The retreat meeting will commence at 4:00 p.m. on April 11, 2010 and will continue at 8:30 a.m. on April 12, 2010, and at 8:30 a.m. on April 13, 2010.  Upon the completion of the retreat meeting on April 13, 2010, the following meetings of the committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held at the times and in the rooms set forth below:

The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners will commence at 12:00 noon on April 13, 2010. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals scheduled at the Southwest Virginia Housing Center on April 11-13, 2010.  Public comment is to be received during the regular meeting at 12:00 noon on April 13, 2010.
