Homebuyer Loan Rates

With recent changes in federal regulation it is difficult for VHDA to know the fees that lenders are charging in the origination of loans and as a result we cannot provide accurate annual percentage rates (APRs) to homebuyers. Homebuyers need to obtain our mortgage rates and accurate APRs from the lender originating their loan. To obtain VHDA’s mortgage rates and an accurate APR, contact a VHDA approved lender. You can locate them by visiting vhda.com/FindaLender or by visiting vhda.com and entering “Find A Lender” in the search box

VHDA’s rates will be available to lenders with access to our Loan Reservations system on vhda.org. To obtain access to VHDA Loan Reservations contact your User Administrator. If you do not know your User Administrator visit vhda.com and enter "Lender User Administrator Look-up" in the search box. Click a lender's name, then click "Search" to find the contact information for the administrator(s) for your company.
