State Tax Credit Rent Reduction Program
The State Tax Credit Rent Reduction for the Elderly and Disabled Program is designed as an incentive for property owners to fill vacant units and/or reduce rent amounts for those who are elderly, disabled or homeless. In turn, property owners receive a state tax credit to apply to their tax bill.
