Multifamily Financial Reporting Requirements 

The Multifamily Asset Management department of our Development division is responsible for monitoring the conditions of properties financed and serviced by VHDA.  This area's goal is to evaluate the physical state and financial soundness of the portfolio.

Financial reporting includes:

  • Monthly Operating Summary (MOS)
  • Annual Operating Budget
  • Annual Financial Statement
