If you are the prime contractor, you are responsible for posting a copy of the wage decision (or Project Wage Rate Sheet) and a copy of the Notice to All Employees DOL poster (Form WH-1321).
These documents must be posted at the job site in a place:
1. Easily accessible to all construction workers employed on the project.
AND
2. Where wind, rain, etc. won’t destroy them.
