Disbursement Confirmation:

Effective October 1, 2008, disbursement confirmations will become an automated function of our funding process.  In order for this procedure to be a success, fax numbers must be up to date.  Should you fail to receive confirmation of loan funding, please send updated information to either pat.hunter@vhda.com or antionette.braxton@vhda.com

VHDA has now returned to our standard business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Request for Delegated Approvals and Disbursement request should follow regular timeframes.
