USDA Rural Development has issued notification that funding for Fiscal Year 2013 has not yet been appropriated. VHDA will therefore not accept new RD guarantee reservations until funding has been appropriated. In addition, only loans with Conditional Commitments issued by Rural Development on or before September 30, 2012 may be closed until new funding is appropriated.
