Re: Informed Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice/Updated VHDA Document

The Informed Consumer Choice Disclosure Notice (Exhibit MM) has been amended to reflect the changes with respect to FHA’s mortgage insurance as set forth in Mortgagee Letter 00-46. The new FHA guidelines are effective for loans closed on or after January 1, 2001. A copy of the document has been provided to all originating branches.
