The Quality Housing and Work Responsibilities Act of 1998 requires public housing authorities to maintain a Public Housing Agency Plan (PHA). This plan outlines the policies, programs and strategies that the public housing agency will implement to meet local housing needs. There are two parts to the plan: the Five-Year Plan, updated every fifth year, and the Annual Plan that is updated on a yearly basis.
Below is the five year PHA Plan for fiscal years 2010-2014. The five year plan also includes the first annual plan for 2010 as required by HUD. The next four links are HUD approved plans for each fiscal year between 2011-2014.
