2012 Utility Allowance Schedules

We create Utility Allowance Schedules for all 33 agencies that administer the Housing Choice Voucher program for VHDA. You’ll find these schedules are divided into five regions, with each agency listed in a specific region. Schedules are based on estimated average costs of the utility providers for that region of Virginia.

NOTE: The schedules below were developed specifically for VHDA and our Housing Choice Voucher program. If your housing agency or housing entity elects to use these schedules as a reference, you do so at your own risk. VHDA does not guarantee that the data we collect and the methodology we follow will be appropriate for your program or needs.
