REACH Virginia (Resources Enabling Affordable Community Housing in Virginia) is VHDA’s initiative to serve the housing needs of Virginia’s diverse communities. Multifaceted in its approach, REACH Virginia provides financing and technical assistance to support:

• Affordable housing for low-income households and residents of high growth and/or high cost regions.
• Accessible housing that meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.
• Expanded housing choices for minorities and diverse cultures.
• Revitalization of older urban areas and preservation of small towns and pastoral communities.
